Presented by Institute on Aging and On Lok Lifeways: Partnering to serve LGBT Seniors and Older Adults.

Institute on Aging (IOA) and On Lok are dedicated to understanding and addressing the unique issues facing the LGBT Community. Institute on Aging’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for adults as they age by enabling them to maintain their health, well-being, independence and participation in the community. IOA fulfills this mission for a diverse community by developing and providing innovative programs in health, social service, creative arts, community and professional education.

On Lok Lifeways is a fully-integrated and licensed health plan celebrating over forty years of service to Bay Area seniors. On Lok Lifeways helps older adults maintain their independence – by providing all necessary primary and specialty medical care, adult day health care, in-home health and personal care, transportation, physical rehabilitation, recreation therapy, case management, social work services, skilled nursing and acute care – so seniors can continue to live in the communities they know and love.
