The LGBT Family Collaborative is thrilled to offer the Family Garden once again, in 2013. This is a safe, fun space for children, youth, and their LGBTQ parents/caregivers during the Pride celebration. Arts and crafts, games, face painting, screen printed t-shirts, and resources will be offered to LGBTQ families, and will be a blast for all, so be sure to stop by and check it out! The Family Garden is a smoke and alcohol-free space. The LGBT Family Collaborative is a coalition between two innovative agencies and programs that address the comprehensive needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and/or queer (LGBTQ) families: Our Family Coalition and the SF LGBT Community Center. The collaborative aims to ensure that LGBTQ parents/caregivers and their children in San Francisco have healthy, safe and supportive environments where they can thrive, and to create a safer, more inclusive community for them. Our programs and events are year-round so please make sure to check out our websites and participate in our programs throughout the year.
