Kent James

Kent James is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist.

He is also known as "Nick Name".

Originally from Logan, Utah, Kent grew up performing music.

He has shared stages with country stars in Nashville (e.g. Charlie Daniels) and rock stars in L.A. (e.g. Gilby Clarke of Guns N' Roses).

Kent has performed his original songs on TV (CBS, MTV, QTN, TNN) and in film (Hellbent, Nick Name and The Normals).

His press includes numerous publications in The U.S., The U.K., Australia, and Germany.

In 2007, a "best of" compilation CD entitled "Decade Of Dirt" was released. 

In 2008, Kent returned to performing with a new rock band known as "Kent
James Band".

Kent now resides in San Francisco with his Jack Russell Terrier "Scooter".
